Nature of Work :
| The
Certificate Section deals with the PDR ACT, 1913 for realization of dues
under Bank & Non-Bank set up. The Schedule-I of the W.B. PDR
act 1913 elaborately states the cases which come under purview of this
act.
The authorities of Bank & Non-Bank set are required to submit demand and requisition to the Certificate Officer as per provision of law to enable the latter to proceed against the enact persons |
