1. Conversion of land:

c) Sketch map of the proposed land.

a) Within thirty (30) days from the date of application received in this office.
ii) First appeal u/s 19(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 No fee for appeal

a) Appeal prayer with name and address of the applicant.
b) Name and address of the State Assistant Public  Information  Officer (SAPIO) who provided the information.
c) Copy of that information provided, which is appealed against.
d) Copy of the prayer u/s 6 in respect of which information was provided.
e) Grounds for such appeal.
f) Verification by the appellant.
g) Any other documents the appellant like/prefers to include.

a) Within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the appeal or within such extended period not exceeding a total of forty-five (45) days from the date of filing thereof, as the case may be for reasons to be recorded in writing.
