Nature of work: The following schemes are being primarily deals with in this department.
a) Distribution of G.R. (Normal, Starvation, Special)
b) Distribution of Spl. G.R. for Leprosy patient.
c) Economic Rehabilitations grant.
d) House Building grant.
e) Distribution of Relief materials like poly tarpaulins, blankets, clothings etc.
f) Relief in flood and other natural calamities.
g) Ex-gratia grant to the family of natural calamity victims.
h) Construction of Relief Godown/Shelter.
i) Other related miscellaneous work.
