Description of Words/Job Entrusted : Receipt & acknowledgement of complaints/petitions & conducting enquires, maintenance of Public Grievances Register, record of suggestions.

Acts/Rule Applicable : Order issued by the Home(PAR)Deptt. Memo. No.1838(150)PAR  AP  Dated. 23.12.98.

Citizen Services Officer & Their Process chest/time From girds lines/checklist :

         a) Name of service offered i.e. certificate Registration etc --> This Section received complaint grievances, suggestions from any members of the public, Public representatives  or through News paper & take action to enquire the matter from the authority concerned & a final reply, embodying the result of the  Enquiry is sent to the complaint.

        b) Procedures --> Petition should be submitted stating the specific allegation/complaint against whom ( the person or the authority) & with full address of the complainant.

        c) Form in which to Apply --> There is no specific forms petition may be submitted in plane papers.

        d) To Whom & Which to Apply --> District Grievance & Assistance Officer (DM) no specific  documents is required.

        e) Documents Required --> Document in support of the allegation may be attached.

        f) Officer-in-Charge Name &  Contact Number --> Officer-In-Charge, P.G.Cell  ( 2680-2122 )

        g) No. of Days Required -->2 (Two) weeks to six week in general cases.
